
Since our inception, we've always worked remotely and have put in various ways of working to aid effective work. One of the numerous way by which we do this is having project essentials to help with project delivery.
The Loopify360 web app: will house various opportunities and gigs from which you can bid from
Google Drive: a private backend where we host all client files. You'll be given access to relevant folders which will include all necessary documents from which you will work and submit work.
Slack Channel: primarily for communications. As swift communication is required, in this channel will include all the necessary parties whom you can communicate directly with, sometimes, this includes the client (if necessary). You can join our Slack channel here

Marketing Plan: A Loopify360 marketing plan is a concise plan on a page prescribed by our Growth Marketers for effective client campaigns. See an example here
Campaign brief: A Loopify360 campaign brief is how we find out the client's marketing needs and wants. It's a simple form that allows the client to input every information about their business, target audience, best selling product and marketing issues. We then receive this as a brief indicating all marketing pain-points, needs and wants. Our Growth Marketers then receive this and translates it into a marketing plan.
Reminders: To aid sticking to the deadline and swift delivery of work, we've built in reminders into our systems. This will also help freelancers stay on top of work and orders. Our reminders can come in form of emails, texts, Slack reminders, and WhatsApp messages
Access to strong WiFi: As a remote worker, this is top priority, as we need freelancers with fantastic internet speed to deliver work. Sometimes. freelancers might be pulled into meetings or asked to deliver speedy work based on client request.
