- A Loopify360 freelancerCreated for startups and SMEs, the Loopify360 web app is a one-stop platform to help users manage their marketing subscriptions offered by Loopify360. You can access our platform here. If you're a new user, please login, create a profile and ensure ALL fields are populated. This is essential as this helps us to decide to who gets certain gigs. As a freelancer, there are so many features built into our web app to aid work delivery and collaborative work with other freelancers. Please click the drop-down menus below to find out more about all the features on our web app. Projects • Project overview: in this section of the web app, you can see all the projects you're working on, categorised into: 'planned, in progress, finished.' Additionally, there's a search function built in to help search for projects, should you find yourself simultaneously working on multiple projects. Additionally, you can see the name of the client named as the project name and task. E.g: 'Roc-Nation Facebook ads' Roc-Nation Social media management' • Further information in each project detail includes: status, subscription info, project ID, allocated growth marketer, ad budget, and project end date • General updates: a client can update their freelancers on new information about whichever project they're working on. • Brand information: to see every information about your allocated client, including their brand logos, target audiences, social media design preferences and so on. Tasks Tasks are separated into two distinct functions: tasked aimed specifically at the freelancer (you) and the other specifically aimed at the freelancer, client or Loopify360. • Marketer tasks: Specifically for the freelancer (you) • All project tasks: specifically aimed at all individuals involved in the project. E.g: a freelancer might want a client to provide more details about a specific section of their brief, they head to the record section of the app to make this request which will then appear in the all projects task section. Why is there an 'all project task' feature? • We've created this to allow for a seamless communication flow between all parties working on a specific project. Client can see requests allocated by their growth manager, vice-versa • In the 'all project tasks' section, tasks can be filtered by marketer (freelancer), client and Loopify specific Opportunities • The opportunities tab exists specifically for freelancers (you) to bid for jobs. An easy apply function, all you need to do is provide your freelancer ID and the job ID and we'll sort the rest. How will I (freelancer) get selected for a project? • It is imperative for you to complete your profile with ALL necessary details including links to your CV and samples of work. These are credentials we use to vet the right individual/teams for a project • Additionally, known freelancers who have previously worked with us and have a track record of delivering brilliant work will be considered top priority for some specific gigs Tools Our tools includes a Loopify AI-text generator and a Loopify AI-image generator, both free for your creative use. The FAQ section leads to a list of compiled responses to questions asked by our clients, which might be useful for freelancers (you) should you come across eager clients who are keen on updates. The FAQs include responses across social media, digital advertising, email marketing and responses to general questions. Additionally, you can also see the profiles of all other freelancers Profile The profile section allows you to input every information about yourself as a freelancer. From your Slack username to your payment information and portfolio link. Populating the profile section with all the requested information is VERY IMPORTANT and crucial for us. These will be the criteria by which our algorithm allocates gigs and also select freelancers for specific gigs. Failure to complete your profile as a freelancer means you might rarely get gigs, as our algorithm has no concrete information to match you with suitable gigs.
