Delivering projects is a core aspect of our operations at Loopify360. Below are ways of working on how our freelancers fulfil orders and deliver projects:
Research the client's website and social media channels to have a full understanding of the client.
Research the client's competitors, see what they're doing well and mirror it if need be.
Always refer to the campaign brief for context to know exactly what the client ask is.
Refer to the Marketing plan which spells out tasks that need to be carried out. The marketing plan is a condensed version of the client brief. However, this doesn't mean you should ignore the campaign brief because there are information in it that could help add value to the quality of work being delivered.
Work delivery. This should be done to the highest of quality and industry standard, as our clients expects such. In some cases, we advice over-delivering because it boosts your cred within the Loopify360 freelancer marketplace and you might be assigned jobs rather thank bidding for jobs.
Submit for internal review. We have three rounds of amends, one of which firsts needs to be reviewed by the internal team before it goes to the client
Adhere strictly to deadlines as this is what keeps us in good books with the clients. In cases where work can't be delivered on time, we expect early communication of this so we can quickly assign to other freelancers
